To set up the QCL, you need to create stack blocks of type Transfer zone - Wheeled for the backreach areas.
Open up Yard Editor.
Select the (non-Active) yard model that you want to edit.
Use 
(Create stack block tool) to create a stack block of type 'Transfer Zone - Wheeled' for each of the backreach areas. For more information, see Stack Block form (on page 1).
After the new stack blocks display in the yard model, use the Yard Sections form (on page 1) to describe the slots.
Click 
(Draw yard path tool).
Draw a path between each QC Transfer Zone and the (nearby) Berth that the QC is most likely to work in.
The Transfer Zone Association form (on page 1) displays.
From the Associated Location list, select whether the transfer zone is located at the low or high end of the block row or column level.
From the Group Name field, select the group to which the transfer zone belongs. Make sure you use a group name to identify the AGV zone for the QCs. This creates a zone that includes all the QC TZ associations.
If you prefer to have a separate zone for each QC, use a different group name for every QC TZ association.
